I originally put my Buckingham 4 bedroom house for sale on the market right before the market started to decline rapidly in Bucks County in 2009. Lisa was not my agent until a year later, and by that time I was really frustrated with chasing down the price. Lisa Povlow brought her excellent real  estate knowledge mixed with intuitive personal skills to know what works to sell property to the right buyers as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Lisa Povlow in all areas and will add that she is community minded as well. I closed my home within three months after contracting with Lisa, in July of 2010, a month known as one of the worst months for all realtors to close homes. Then, Lisa donated a portion of her earnings to a nonprofit that helps make our world a nicer place to age, one Twilight Wish at a time.

I would recommend Lisa Povlow in a heartbeat. I truly cannot say enough positive things about her. She is incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and skilled. I feel totally confident that I have an agent with my best interests at heart who will represent me well. Moreover, she is always  positive and fun to be around. She is a great communicator and can talk to anyone. 

Lisa is THE Realtor that you want to have work with you! She is totally professional, extremely knowledgable about the area, and has your best interest at heart. She is constantly working for her clients 24/7!!! The Best!!!

Lisa helped us buy and sell our home. She is very knowledgable about the entire process. Her years of experience helped make our deal happen. Great negotiation skills and her persistence to make the deal happen were things that stand out for me. I am very picky about being on time and getting  return calls and Lise exceeded my expectations. She always returned calls and was always on time for showings, which I think we had more than a dozen. I always felt like she was working for our best interest and I had full trust and confidence in her. Lisa was always listening to us for feedback on homes we looked at. I must say our process was 2 years in the making and Lisa stuck with us every step of the way. Outstanding at what she does and she is a true professional that you can trust. Highly Recommended!

Lisa is an excellent realtor. She knows the business. But what makes her stand out is her energy, enthusiasm and warmth. She responds immediately, works hard to make the deal work, does those little extra things, and lets you know she is on your side.

Lisa helped us purchase our house. Being new to the area she was a huge help, was very patient when we looked at a LOT of houses, and relooked at a few! When we finally found the house we wanted she knew exactly what to do to make sure we got it in a silent and very competitive bidding process!
