Above all, Lisa is a communicator. She makes herself available and is always willing to talk things through. She goes above and beyond. If by some rare off chance she is not available, her sister is wonderful and able to stand in. Additionally, she has many connections that aid in the buying/selling process. She was familiar with almost all of the seller’s realtors. She also seems to “have a guy” for everything you can imagine from financing to construction. She can give insightful ideas about how to customize any home to what you’re looking for if it needs some minor adjustments to fit your needs. Buying a home, especially in today’s market, can be frustrating, but I can’t think of anyone that would do a better job guiding someone through the process. We have used Lisa for a few properties now and every time she has been amazing. Easy to work with, professional, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. Lisa has been with us since we started our real estate journey during pandemic madness in early 2021. We were picky buyers and did not want to overspend for something that didn’t have value which was almost impossible in that market. Despite this, Lisa worked with us patiently as we saw maybe 50 homes and stood by us as we lost a great home to the shady tactics of an unscrupulous seller. Through all of it, she was never too busy to provide counsel or advice on homes that would pop up and treated us like family. We eventually decided to wait out some of the insanity (Lisa’s advice from the start – imagine that honesty!) and re-contacted her in early February this year with a baby on the way. Within weeks, we had made an offer on a home that actually had value, and Lisa worked with us and difficult sellers (again) to arrive at a price and contract that we were happy with. In that time, she met us at the house a thousand times as we came back (with the permission of the seller) with contractors and family members. Now, because of Lisa, I have a place to bring my new little baby boy. She had our back 100% of the way, and when we sell this home, it won’t even be a question that it will be Lisa selling it. In addition to Lisa’s huge heart, openness, and honesty, she also is shrewd, respected, well connected, and relentless. Lisa has been our realtor through two purchases and one sale over a three year period, including a purchase during COVID. I had listed my home in March 2018, went through two differnt agents who were very eager to list my house, but who subsequently seemingly lost interest in actually marketing the house, and who lacked any sense of communication with me. Subsequently I heard from many friends and acquantances that if I really wanted an agent who would get the job done, that I should list the house with Lisa. So I did, and Lisa immediately produced professional grade drone video and beautiful photos that were immediatley uploaded to Facebook, Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.. Lisa has a keen eye for design and decor, and made excellent recommendations with regards to staging the house, including colors, furnishings, decluttering, even outside construction and upgrade ideas. How about going above and beyond? I was unable to be at the house for the township inspectors, so Lisa went and took care of everything.
