I had listed my home in March 2018, went through two different agents who were very eager to list my house, but who subsequently seemingly lost interest in actually marketing the house, and who lacked any sense of communication with me. Only qualified buyers were considered for showings, no nonsense lookers who wasted our time. As a result we sold our house within the first few weeks of listing with her. The process of selling a house can be daunting but Lisa was so professional and knew all the boxes that had to be checked to progress through to settlement. She made the process painless for me.
